• We do not store or process your payment card details directly
2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, operate, and improve the HRlynx service
• Generate AI-powered responses based on user-submitted prompts
• Manage accounts, subscriptions, and billing
• Personalize your app experience and saved interactions

3. AI Processing & Third-Party Service Providers
HRlynx provides AI-generated responses within the app.
To generate these responses:
• User-submitted chat messages and prompts are transmitted in real time to OpenAI, Inc., our third-party AI processing provider.
• This transmission occurs solely for the purpose of generating AI responses within HRlynx.
• OpenAI processes this data on our behalf and is not permitted to use it for advertising or unrelated marketing purposes.
• We do not sell user data.
• We do not share chat content with unrelated third parties.
Data is transmitted using encrypted connections (such as HTTPS/TLS).
OpenAI, Inc. is contractually required to process information only on our behalf and to implement appropriate administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards consistent with applicable privacy laws.
User Consent
By registering for HRlynx and using the AI chat features, you acknowledge that your submitted content will be transmitted to OpenAI, Inc. for processing as described in this Policy and you consent to that processing.
4. Subscription & Auto-Renewal Information
To ensure consistency with our Terms & Conditions, we disclose the following:
• Paid subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current subscription price.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings at any time.
• If you cancel, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period; no partial refunds are provided.
Apple-required disclosure:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings after purchase.
Google Play-required disclosure:
Payment will be charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Google Play account settings at any time.
5. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information with:
• Service providers that help operate the app (e.g., hosting infrastructure, analytics, AI processing, email delivery).
• Apple App Store and Google Play Store for subscription processing.
• Law enforcement or regulators, if required by law.
For future phases of HRlynx, limited data may be shared with independent HR coaches or marketplace participants strictly for facilitating booked services. These parties operate as independent contractors and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
We require service providers to process personal information only as necessary to provide services to HRlynx and to maintain appropriate security safeguards.

AI-generated content provided in HRlynx is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, regulatory, or HR-certified professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions with legal or compliance implications.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
Trademarks
HRlynx™, HR QuickScan™, and all related logos, product names, and service marks are trademarks of Lynxova, LLC. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

All content in the app, including but not limited to text, designs, UI/UX layouts, proprietary AI interaction flows, summaries, HR QuickScan™ format, and other features, is © 2026 Lynxova, LLC. All rights reserved.
Trade Secrets
The structure, organization, source code, algorithms, and underlying technology of the HRlynx app are valuable trade secrets of Lynxova, LLC. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or underlying ideas of the Service without our express written consent.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information and user-generated content for as long as necessary to:
• Provide the Service
• Fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy
• Comply with legal obligations
• Resolve disputes
• Enforce agreements

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information.
